Years of inspiration have resulted in Adelaide’s finest range of gourmet biscuits & pastries.

Dolce Classico began with a dream and a vision to create beautiful, wholesome gourmet biscuits & pastries without preservatives and artificial ingredients.

It has taken years of perseverance & determination to create the range we have today.

Much time goes into sourcing the highest quality ingredients:

organic, whole flours and organic spelt, real butter free range eggs, pesticide free almonds, and lastly, lets not forget my love for zest. Organic orange & lemon zest is used for most of our flavouring. There is a big difference between a waxed lemon and the beautiful organic lemon.
